Philately is the collection and study of postage stamps, postal stationery and other Philatelic items.
The word Philately coined by Georges Herpin in1864.

"PHILATELY" which is made from a combination of the Greek words PHILOS meaning fondof and 'ateles' meaning exemption from tax.

It is probably expressed as "Philately is the king of hobbies and hobby of kings."
